- Every order received at Silks Studio is processed in 2-3 business days for timely service to the customers. Orders are never shipped or delivered on a weekend or holiday, and this will clearly have an impact on the length of time it takes overall for delivery. - Silks Studio shall not be held liable for any products that get damaged or lost in transit. If you have received your order damaged, you must call the carrier of shipment to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- Initiating a return: Please email your request for an RMA number to our customer service inbox at silksstudio.com@gmail.com to begin the return process. Once an RMA number is issued, safely wrap the item in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:
- You are responsible for your return postage cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In instances where return is approved and a refund issued, the refund amount will be deducted by any return shipping cost.
